There comes a moment in life-usually quiet, yet undeniable-where something within you shifts.
Not loudly.
Not dramatically.
But deeply.
And if you’re not paying attention, you may mislabel it as confusion… when in truth, it is transformation.
And as life may have it, there may come a time where something within you rises and motions:
“May the real you… please stand.”
Not the version of you shaped by survival.
Not the one molded by expectations.
Not the identity you carried just to make it through.
But the real you.
The one that has been forming beneath the surface…
waiting patiently…
growing silently…
becoming boldly.
And here is where it gets powerful...
Because when that call is issued internally…
everything that is not aligned with who you truly are begins to fall away.
But please understand, that this is not disruption without purpose.
Let’s define what professionals call an 'Identity Collapse' in hopes to make it more clear, powerfully understood, and without ambiguity:
What Is Identity Collapse?
'Identity Collapse is the internal unraveling of who you once were… without yet having fully stepped into who you are becoming.'
In layman terms, it is the dismantling of old beliefs, habits, roles, and self-perceptions that once defined you paired with the temporary uncertainty of not yet being fully anchored in your new identity.
It is not failure.
It is not regression.
It is reconstruction in progress.
Because awareness without intention…is simply recognition without transformation.
With this broader and deeper revelation...I made a decision...in that very intense moment:
I would no longer live unconsciously.
I would become intentional.
With my time.
With my energy.
With my thoughts.
With my becoming.
Because when you are in this space—this beautiful, uncomfortable in-between—you are not lost.
You are being reintroduced to yourself.
What Does It Feel Like?
Identity Collapse often feels like:
Outgrowing spaces you once loved
Questioning thoughts you once believed without hesitation
Feeling disconnected from routines that once felt natural
Craving more… without knowing exactly what “more” looks like yet
It is the tension between familiar comfort… and unfamiliar calling.
A Clear Example of Identity Collapse
Let me bring this home for you.
There was a day—I remember it vividly—where I found myself moving through life exactly as I always had.
Same patterns.
Same environments.
Same expectations.
But internally… everything had changed.
I was in conversations that no longer nourished me.
In rooms that no longer reflected me.

Became both irritated and agitated with things that once seemed ideal or enjoyable.
Carrying thoughts that no longer aligned with me.
And I paused.
Because I realized something that I could no longer ignore:
I no longer recognize that version of me anymore...I was still trying to perform.
The woman I used to be—the one who tolerated, who shrank, who delayed her own becoming—she no longer felt authentic.
But here’s the truth that caught me off guard:
I hadn’t fully become the new woman yet either.
So there I stood…in between.
No longer who I was. And not yet who I was becoming.
That realization of no longer being satisfied or comfortable with who I was...and not yet fully conceptualizing who I was called to be.
That… is Identity Collapse.
And in that moment, I had a choice:
Return to what was familiar…or rise into what was calling me.
The Power Within the Collapse
Here’s what I need you to understand:
Identity Collapse is not something to fear—it is something to steward.
Because within that space lies your greatest opportunity:
The opportunity to become intentional about who you choose to be next.
And that is exactly what I did.
I asked myself:
“Now that I see it… now that I feel it… what am I going to do with this awareness?”
Because awareness is a gift—but only if you use it.
So how do you navigate this season?
I chose intention. Make everything you do, intentional.
I chose to stop drifting through my days…and start designing them.

7 Intentional Ways to Use Your 24 Hours While Becoming Her
Because the woman you are becoming is built in the moments you choose differently.
1. Anchor Your Morning in Purpose
Before the world speaks—center yourself.
Pray. Meditate. Reflect. Breathe.
Decide who you are showing up as before the day begins.
2. Be Ruthless With What You Allow
Your environment is either reinforcing your past… or supporting your future.
Audit your circle.
Audit 'What' and 'Who' you are entertaining. Everything you allow in your space is shaping your identity.
Conversations.
Social media.
Environments.
People.
Audit your inputs.
Choose alignment over attachment.
Ask yourself: "Is this feeding who I'm becoming...or keeping me who I was?"
Discernment is not optional in this season - it is your protection.
3. Take Action Even When It Feels Unfamiliar
Growth will not feel natural at first.
Do it anyway.
Because unfamiliar does not mean wrong—it often means evolving.
4. Track Your Growth, Not Just Your Goals
You’re not just building outcomes—you’re building identity.
Notice the shifts in your thinking.
Your responses.
Your standards.
That is the real transformation.
5. Give Yourself Permission to Be in Progress
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
This space you’re in?
It’s not confusion.
It’s construction.
6. Move With Intent, Not Just Emotion
Feelings will come… and they will go.
But intention?
That is your compass.
Even on the days you don’t feel like it—show up anyway.
Because becoming is not built on motivation…it is built on discipline.
7. Honor the Small Wins
You are not the same woman you were yesterday.
And that matters.
Celebrate the moments where you chose differently.
Where you responded with growth instead of habit. Transformation is not always loud—
sometimes, it's quite subtle.
A Moment of Reflection
Pause and ask yourself:
Where in my life do I feel out of alignment?
What no longer feels like me… but I’m still holding onto?
What version of myself am I being invited to step into?
Who do I need to be today to align with the life I am building?
Because here is the truth, and I want it to settle into your spirit:
You are not losing yourself… you are shedding what no longer belongs to you.
So when tomorrow places another 24 hours in your hands…
Don’t waste them trying to return to who you were.
Use them—intentionally—to build who you are becoming.
If you’re ready to walk this journey with guidance, clarity, and community, I invite you into The Becoming Circle—where women are seen, supported, and strengthened as they rise into their next level. COMING SOON!
And here’s something I want you to sit with—gently, honestly:
Sometimes… even when we hear the call…
even when we know we’re changing…
there can still be a hesitation to fully rise.
A quiet resistance.
A questioning.
A moment where we wonder if we’re truly ready to stand in it.
And we’ll talk about that… soon.
But for now…
When life calls your name—
when growth begins to stretch you—
when the old you no longer fits—
Don’t ignore it.
Don’t silence it.
Stand Up.
As always. I look forward to meeting YOU...the You that you were always intended to be.
