Every leader has a story. Mine didn’t begin in a boardroom.
There was a time when survival was my greatest accomplishment.
Long before I stood before audiences, advised executives, coached leaders, or founded The Formulé®, I was simply a woman learning how to keep moving through seasons that tried to convince me to stop.
Like so many women, I became an expert at carrying invisible burdens. I learned how to lead while healing. How to smile while rebuilding. How to show up for everyone else while quietly searching for pieces of myself.
From the outside, success often looked effortless.
Behind the scenes, every achievement carried the fingerprints of resilience.
My story was never written in straight lines. It was shaped through trauma, heartbreak, divorce, disappointment, reinvention, and seasons that demanded more faith than certainty. Yet every chapter revealed something greater than the pain itself.
Purpose.
What once threatened to break me became the very foundation that would one day strengthen others.
The greatest lessons of my life were never found in comfort.
They were forged through becoming.

My Story
I spent years leading inside corporate America, navigating complex organizations, building relationships, solving problems, and earning the trust that leadership requires.
Those experiences sharpened my executive discipline.
Life sharpened my character.
Corporate leadership taught me how organizations function.
Personal adversity taught me how people heal.
The intersection of both became my life's work.
Because I discovered something many leadership books never teach:
Leadership begins long before anyone gives you a title.
It begins in private decisions.
It begins in integrity.
It begins in healing.
It begins in choosing courage when fear feels easier.
Every obstacle became preparation.
Every setback became perspective.
Every closed door redirected me toward the assignment I was truly created to fulfill.

I don't believe leadership starts when someone promotes you.
I believe leadership begins the moment you decide to become accountable for who you are becoming.
Titles may give authority.
Character earns trust.
Influence is never manufactured.
It is cultivated through consistency, emotional maturity, wisdom, humility, and intentional growth.
That belief shapes everything I teach.
